Los chiles no sólo son picantes. Al cultivarlos, SOCHILI apoya a los agricultores del África subsahariana, no sólo facilitándoles el acceso a un comercio justo y directo, sino también contribuyendo a sentar las bases de un crecimiento a largo plazo.
La electricidad desempeña aquí un papel clave. Sin luz, agua potable o refrigeración, las oportunidades de crecimiento económico y autodeterminación se ven gravemente limitadas. Esa es la realidad de una de cada dos personas que viven en las zonas rurales de Senegal, donde no hay acceso a la electricidad.
Ahí es donde interviene SOCHILI: 1 salsa de chile = ¡1 día de electricidad!
